About AIGA Nebraska

While the Nebraska chapter of AIGA has existed for over 15 years, we have gone through a tremendous rebirth over the past two years and our membership continues to increase. Recent growth has come primarily from students and young professionals, but we are also seeing greater involvement from more established members of the community.

We have a group of passionate individuals at the helm, committed to leading the chapter into the future. The board is working on new methods of funding events through collaboration with local businesses, as well as more efficient ways of serving our members.

We continue to broaden our reach and increase our visibility in the design community through programming. Events such as The Mix and the Summer Seminar Series are attracting individuals who have not been involved with the AIGA before, as well as those who have not been active in recent years. Our annual design show attracts the best work in the state, annually getting over 500 entries. And our slate of speakers and traveling shows is among the best in the midwest.
